Reschedule/ Cancellation and Refund /Termination Policy
To reschedule a session please give 24 hours’ notice in the form of an email.
If the Client is more than 15 minutes late for the session – the session will be cancelled and must be rescheduled. To reschedule, the Client must send an email to the Coach. If the Client does not reschedule, no refund will be given.
All Payments must be received prior to starting any coaching or program session.
The Client and the Coach have the right to terminate the coaching agreement at any time. The agreement must be terminated in writing (email).
No refunds will be given for completed coaching or program sessions. A refund will be given for not completed coaching or program sessions after the agreement has been terminated in writing.
